Privacy Policy
Milestop360 provides rewards programs for local fuel and convenience stores. Each store owner runs its own program and decides how it uses member data; Milestop360 processes that data for the owner.
What we collect
- Your mobile number (your member id), and the store where you joined.
- What you give us on the optional profile step: first name, email, birthday month and day.
- Your purchases at the program's stores that earn or use rewards (items, amounts, fuel gallons, date and store).
- Records of what you agreed to (the words shown, date and time, the device's IP address and browser).
How it is used
To run the rewards program: find your account at the register, give and keep track of rewards, text you sign-up codes and account messages, and, only if you ask for them, send offers by email or text.

The Milestop360 app
The Milestop360 app shows your rewards memberships at the stores that take part, with one sign-in for your phone number. Milestop360 runs your app account; each store owner runs its own program and your membership with it.
- Your mobile number (your app account and your member id), checked with a one-time text code.
- Your statements that you are 18 or older and, if you choose, 21 or older. We never ask for your birth date.
- An install id made by the app, the phone model, the app version and the IP address, to keep your account secure and stop abuse.
- Your rewards activity comes from the store owner's program and is only shown to you.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or email in the app, and we do not use your data for ads or sell it. The app is for people 18 and older.
Deleting your data
You can delete your member data at any time on the Delete my data page (you need the store code and a text code). Your name, email and phone number are removed and your points and rewards end. Purchase records without your contact details are kept for the store's accounts.
Your Milestop360 app account: delete it in the app (Account > Delete my account) or on the web at Delete my Milestop360 account (you need a text code). This ends your app account, every app card number and, unless you untick the box in the app, your rewards memberships shown in the app.
You can also email support@milestop360.com. We act on an email request only after we have confirmed the phone number with a text code or by calling it back.
California Notice of Financial Incentive
The rewards program is a financial incentive under California law: in exchange for your phone number and purchase history you get rewards such as free items and fuel discounts. The value of your data is reasonably related to the value of the rewards you receive. Joining is optional, and you can leave at any time by deleting your data (above).
